Your First Visit

A Foundation for Lifelong Dental Health

We consider the first visit to our dental clinic as the most important. Not only is it a chance for us to learn about you and your dental needs, it is also a chance for you to learn our practice philosophy, our team and become accustom to our facility. Make sure to ask one of our receptionists for a small tour of the clinic and they will be happy to do so.

The information gathering will begin with a thorough review of your medical and dental history. One of our dentists will then perform a thorough clinical examination that includes cavity-detecting x-rays, soft tissue, cancer screening, etc. We will then discuss our findings with you and together we will provide a treatment plan that fits your needs.

If there is an EMERGENCY dental need, we will proceed with that first, otherwise we will guide you to our Comprehensive Hygiene program. Our entire team of hygienist have been trained, certified and educated with the latest techniques in dentistry to help you achieve and maintain an excellent level of oral health.

Below you can download our New Patient Information Form in order to save you time on your first visit. Please feel free to download and complete the form and bring it with you.
